Scope

These terms govern private transport services booked under the Paris Disney Transfer brand and performed or organized by GK TRANSPORT.

Booking and confirmation

A booking becomes firm once the journey, date, pickup, destination, price and any specific requirements have been confirmed. The passenger must provide accurate information, including passenger and luggage numbers and any child-seat or accessibility requirements.

Prices and payment

The applicable price is the price confirmed at booking. Any material change requested after confirmation may lead to a revised price, which must be accepted before performance.

Pickup, delays and waiting

The passenger must be reachable and present at the agreed pickup point. Flight or train delays should be communicated as soon as possible. Additional waiting or a material itinerary change may be subject to prior confirmation and additional charges.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund conditions applicable to a journey are those communicated at the time of booking. Where a specific cancellation rule has not been communicated, contact us before cancelling so the applicable conditions can be confirmed in writing.

Passenger obligations

Passengers must comply with safety rules, wear seat belts where required, respect the vehicle and driver, and disclose any special transport requirement before confirmation.
